Business Cus­tomers

Business Cus­tomers offers tele­com­mu­ni­ca­tions services and overall com­mu­ni­ca­tions solutions for large corporations and SME cus­tomers in Switzer­land. The offering in the area of business ICT in­fra­struc­ture covers the entire range from individual products to complete solutions.

Wholesale

The Wholesale segment enables other telecom­mu­ni­ca­tions providers to use the Swisscom fixed and mobile ­network.

In­fra­struc­ture & Support Functions

The In­fra­struc­ture & Support Functions area plans, operates and maintains the network and IT in­fra­struc­ture in Switzer­land.

Fastweb

Fastweb provides broad­band and mobile phone services to residential, business and wholesale cus­tomers in Italy. The offering includes tele­phony, broad­band and mobile offerings. Fastweb also offers com­pre­hen­sive ICT solutions for business cus­tomers.

Vodafone Italia

Swisscom acquired Vodafone Italia at the end of 2024. Vodafone Italia is to be merged with Fastweb at a later date. The merger of Vodafone Italia and Fastweb is intended to combine complementary, high-quality mobile com­mu­ni­ca­tions and fixed tele­phone network in­fra­struc­tures with expertise and practical knowl­edge, and establish a leading convergent provider on the Italian market with Fastweb + Vodafone. Vodafone Italia’s estimated revenue for 2024 was EUR 4.6 bil­lion, and its EBITDA was EUR 2.0 bil­lion.

Other Operating Segments

With sub­sidiaries in the area of network con­struc­tion and main­te­nance (cablex Ltd) and broadcast services (Swisscom Broadcast Ltd), Swisscom is supplementing its core business in related areas. Other Operating Segments also includes the business with online directories (localsearch), as well as the Trust Services area, which en­com­passes the business with trust services such as the electronic signature and digital certificates.
