‘Switzer­land can be proud, as Swisscom has achieved something which is unparalleled in­ter­na­tionally.’ This tribute from World Finance magazine was in relation to Swisscom once again receiving the award for being the world’s most sustainable telecom­mu­ni­ca­tions company. Some of the main take-aways are its complete switch to renewable energy, reducing operational CO₂ emissions and the goal to be climate-neutral by 2025. This award encourages us to continue to move forward with bold steps – and now, not someday.
